Ingredients
- Swimming crab
- Scallions, ginger, chili peppers
Seasonings
- Oil, soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar
- A pinch of sugar, salt
Preparation Steps
- Thoroughly clean the large crab;
- Cut it in half;
Cooking Steps
- Heat oil in a pan and place the tender meat part of the cut crab into the oil;
- Add a bit of cooking wine, soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, ginger slices, chili peppers, and a little water. Cover the pan and simmer for a while;
- Continue by adding a pinch of sugar, salt, and vinegar, then stir-fry briefly;
- After about 8 minutes, add some scallions and remove from heat;
Tip
Crabs are cooling in nature and should not be consumed in excess.
