Ingredients

  • Swimming crab
  • Scallions, ginger, chili peppers

Seasonings

  • Oil, soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar
  • A pinch of sugar, salt

Preparation Steps

  1. Thoroughly clean the large crab;
  2. Cut it in half;

Cooking Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan and place the tender meat part of the cut crab into the oil;
  2. Add a bit of cooking wine, soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, ginger slices, chili peppers, and a little water. Cover the pan and simmer for a while;
  3. Continue by adding a pinch of sugar, salt, and vinegar, then stir-fry briefly;
  4. After about 8 minutes, add some scallions and remove from heat;

Tip

Crabs are cooling in nature and should not be consumed in excess.
