braised yellow croaker

Ingredients

  • Large yellow croaker
  • Scallions, ginger, chili peppers

Seasonings

  • Oil, soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, cooking wine
  • A pinch of sugar, salt, white pepper powder

Steps

  1. Marinate the large yellow croaker with salt for 10 minutes, then rinse clean.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the large yellow croaker, and pan-fry both sides.
  3. Pour in cooking wine, soy sauce, and steamed fish soy sauce.
  4. Prepare a small bowl of water, add sugar, salt, and white pepper powder, then pour it into the pan.
  5. Cook for about 10 minutes until the fish is done. Add some scallions and serve.
