Main Ingredients
- Tender celery, dried tofu, minced pork
Seasonings
- Garlic cloves, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine (add chili according to personal preference)
Preparation Steps
- Trim some leaves off the celery.
- Cut the dried tofu into small sections.
Cooking Steps
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add garlic, minced pork, and dried tofu, then stir-fry for a while.
- Pour in soy sauce and cooking wine, and toss briefly.
- Add the celery and stir-fry, then pour in a small amount of water.
- Cover and cook for about 5 minutes before uncovering.
- Add seasonings, then serve.
Tip
Mature celery can be used as a substitute for tender celery, but it should be blanched first.
