Main Ingredients

  • Tender celery, dried tofu, minced pork

Seasonings

  • Garlic cloves, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine (add chili according to personal preference)

Preparation Steps

  1. Trim some leaves off the celery.
  2. Cut the dried tofu into small sections.

Cooking Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add garlic, minced pork, and dried tofu, then stir-fry for a while.
  3. Pour in soy sauce and cooking wine, and toss briefly.
  4. Add the celery and stir-fry, then pour in a small amount of water.
  5. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes before uncovering.
  6. Add seasonings, then serve.

Tip

Mature celery can be used as a substitute for tender celery, but it should be blanched first.
