Main Ingredients

  • Tyson diced chicken thighs or blanched beef brisket
  • Potatoes, onions, carrots (optional if not preferred)

Seasonings

  • Garlic cloves
  • Curry blocks (spicy or mild, to taste)
  • Coconut milk, honey, apple

Preparation Steps

  1. Blanch the chicken/beef brisket in cold water, then set aside.
  2. Cut the potatoes and carrots into chunks, and slice the onions into small wedges.
  3. Peel and grate the apple into a puree.

Cooking Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan, then sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken, potatoes, and carrots, and stir-fry.
  3. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, half a block of curry, and coconut milk, then continue stir-frying.
  4. Simmer for a while, then add honey and apple puree.
  5. If possible, transfer to a stew pot and simmer for 30–40 minutes before returning to the pan to reduce the sauce.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
