Main Ingredients

  • Garland chrysanthemum (Tong Hao)
  • Northern tofu (Firm tofu)

Supplementary Ingredients

  • Sesame oil, cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Cherry radish (optional)

Cooking Steps

  1. Wash the garland chrysanthemum and drain the water, then cut it into small sections. Cut the northern tofu into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the garland chrysanthemum and stir-fry until half-cooked. Pour in the tofu cubes and enough water, then simmer over medium heat for 5–8 minutes.
  3. Drizzle with sesame oil, turn off the heat, and garnish with cherry radish if desired.
