Cooking Steps
- Wash the cucumber flowers and drain them. Crush the garlic into minced pieces.
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, add 1 tablespoon of salt, then blanch the cucumber flowers until cooked. Remove and drain, then place them on a plate. Drizzle with light soy sauce and sugar, and sprinkle with minced garlic.
