  2. Cut the celery into segments about the size of a thumbnail.
  3. Mince one teaspoon of garlic and slice a small portion of ginger into thin strips.

Cooking Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan, then add chili peppers and ginger strips to infuse the oil.
  2. Add the beef, minced garlic, and pickled chili peppers, stir-fry quickly for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the celery and stir-fry briefly before covering the pan with a lid.
  4. Adjust seasoning by adding a small amount of soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and MSG as needed.
