Main Ingredients

  • White clams

Seasonings

  • White wine 100 ml
  • Lemon 1, cilantro (garlic chives, chopped scallions), garlic 2 cloves, chili peppers 3
  • Butter 20g, olive oil, salt, black pepper (chicken bouillon)

Preparation Steps

  1. Rinse the white clams thoroughly.
  2. Cut the scallions into small sections (2 cm).
  3. Mince the garlic.
  4. Slice the chili peppers into segments.

Cooking Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the oil and stir-fry briefly.
  3. Add the white clams to the pan and stir-fry lightly.
  4. Pour in the white wine until the clams are slightly submerged.
  5. Add small cubes of butter and the sliced chili peppers.
  6. Simmer for 3–5 minutes, then squeeze in lemon juice.
  7. Finally, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, season with salt and black pepper, and serve.
