fried clams with butter and garlic

- White clams
Seasonings
- White wine 100 ml
- Lemon 1, cilantro (garlic chives, chopped scallions), garlic 2 cloves, chili peppers 3
- Butter 20g, olive oil, salt, black pepper (chicken bouillon)
Preparation Steps
- Rinse the white clams thoroughly.
- Cut the scallions into small sections (2 cm).
- Mince the garlic.
- Slice the chili peppers into segments.
Cooking Steps
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add the minced garlic to the oil and stir-fry briefly.
- Add the white clams to the pan and stir-fry lightly.
- Pour in the white wine until the clams are slightly submerged.
- Add small cubes of butter and the sliced chili peppers.
- Simmer for 3–5 minutes, then squeeze in lemon juice.
- Finally, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, season with salt and black pepper, and serve.
