- Chicken wings
- Potatoes, onions, carrots

- Garlic, soy sauce, Sichuan peppercorns
Preparation Steps
- Soak in water for 10–15 minutes, drain the blood water, and pat dry;
- Make shallow cuts on both sides of the chicken wings to ensure better flavor absorption;
- Add scallions, ginger, garlic, and 5 grams of Sichuan peppercorns;
- Pour in dark soy sauce for color, along with light soy sauce and regular soy sauce to taste. Mix well and refrigerate overnight for marination.
Cooking Steps
- Preheat the oven for 20 minutes;
- Grease the baking tray with oil;
- Cut the potatoes and carrots into chunks, lightly coat them with oil on both sides, and arrange them at the bottom of the tray;
- Take out the marinated chicken wings and place them on top of the potatoes;
- Drizzle with a small amount of honey if desired;
- Add the sliced onions;
- Cover the tray with aluminum foil;
- Place in the oven and bake at both upper and lower heat for about 40 minutes;
- Remove the foil and enjoy the delicious dish!
