Main Ingredients
- Mustard greens
- Straw mushrooms (enoki mushrooms), salted eggs
- Clams (any type such as clams, flower clams, or white clams)
- Garlic cloves, shredded ginger
- Goji berries

Preparation Steps
- Cut the mustard greens into small sections, blanch them with oil and salt, then remove and set aside.
- Peel and prepare garlic cloves, shred the ginger.
- Cut the salted eggs into small pieces.
- Halve the straw mushrooms (cut enoki mushrooms into sections).
- Boil a pot of water and set aside.
Cooking Steps
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic cloves and shredded ginger until fragrant.
- Add straw mushrooms and salted eggs, stir-fry briefly.
- Pour in the boiled water and simmer to create a rich white soup.
- Add the clams (any type such as clams, flower clams, or white clams).
- Add a few goji berries and the blanched mustard greens, continue cooking.
- Simmer over low heat for five minutes, then season with a little salt and chicken bouillon.
- Once done, it is ready to serve.
Tips
Adding boiled water and mixing it with straw mushrooms will create a rich white soup. Cold water will not achieve the same effect.
