Main Ingredients
- Beef tenderloin or fresh beef
- Potatoes, konjac knots, carrots, tomatoes, onions
- Sponge gourd, sweet potato leaves, scallions

Preparation Steps
- Blanch the beef in water and set aside;
- Cut the potatoes and carrots into irregular chunks (roll-cut), and dice the onions;
Cooking Steps
- Heat oil in a pan, then stir-fry the potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes for a while;
- Add soy sauce, stir-fry briefly, then add water until it covers the top of the potatoes;
- Add the konjac knots and onions;
- Finally, add the sponge gourd and sweet potato leaves.
