Ingredients

  • Black tiger shrimp (peeled) 10-20 pieces

Seasonings

  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Herbs (parsley, basil) to taste
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

Preparation Steps

  1. Sprinkle a little salt on the shrimp and let it sit for 15 minutes. Use a kitchen towel to absorb the excess moisture.
  2. In a sealed container, combine the chopped garlic, herbs, olive oil, and shrimp. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.

Cooking Steps

  1. Heat a frying pan, add the shrimp, sprinkle with a little salt and black pepper, and stir-fry quickly until the shrimp is thoroughly cooked and turns bright red.

Tip

Other shellfish can be prepared in the same way, but they need to be blanched and shelled in advance.
