Ingredients
- Half a catty of oysters (¥35 per catty). Choose small, sun-dried oysters for a richer flavor.
Seasonings
- Salt, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, chili peppers
Steps
- Rinse the oysters with clean water and drain thoroughly.
- Add one small teaspoon of salt and one and a half teaspoons of sugar.
- Add one and a half tablespoons of vinegar and one tablespoon of light soy sauce.
- Cut two chili peppers into three segments each and add them.
- Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
