sea bass casserole

Ingredients

  • Sea bass
  • Celery, onion
  • Scallions, ginger, garlic

Seasonings

  • Oil, soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, soy paste, rice wine
  • A pinch of sugar, salt, starch, white pepper powder

Steps

  1. Clean the sea bass, then mix the seasonings listed above into a sauce and marinate the fish for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pot, then add ginger, garlic, and onion. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated sea bass along with the sauce.
  4. After cooking for about 6 minutes, add the chopped celery.
  5. Cover the pot and pour rice wine along the edge of the lid.
  6. Continue cooking for about 8 minutes, then serve.
