Ingredients

  • Prime Steak

Seasonings

  • Olive oil, Butter
  • Thyme, Minced garlic
  • Sea salt

Preparation Steps

  1. Thaw the fresh steak, rinse it, then coat with sea salt and black pepper, and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Rinse the thyme and prepare 5 cloves of garlic.

Cooking Steps

  1. Add a small amount of lard and heat it until very hot.
  2. Place the marinated steak in the pan and sear both sides until golden brown.
  3. Add butter, and once melted, continuously spoon the melted butter over the steak.
  4. Add thyme and garlic, cover the pan, and cook for about 1 minute to allow the steak to cook further inside.
  5. Transfer the steak to a plate, then add a small spoonful of water to the pan (for the sauce).
  6. Continue cooking the sauce until it turns golden and thick, then pour it over the steak on the plate.
  7. Slice the steak, plate, and serve.
