  • Fresh sea bass

Seasonings

  • Sliced ginger, scallion segments
  • Steamed fish soy sauce, cooking wine

Steps

  1. Rinse the sea bass, place it flat in a bowl, and add cooking wine and sliced ginger.
  2. Place the fish in a steamer and steam for about 8 minutes, then discard the liquid.
  3. Drizzle steamed fish soy sauce over the fish and let it simmer briefly.
  4. Heat oil in a small pan until it begins to smoke.
  5. Place scallion segments on top of the fish and pour the hot oil over the fish and scallions.
  6. Serve.

Tip

The scallion segments are placed a bit casually—please don’t mind.
