- Fresh sea bass

- Sliced ginger, scallion segments
- Steamed fish soy sauce, cooking wine
Steps
- Rinse the sea bass, place it flat in a bowl, and add cooking wine and sliced ginger.
- Place the fish in a steamer and steam for about 8 minutes, then discard the liquid.
- Drizzle steamed fish soy sauce over the fish and let it simmer briefly.
- Heat oil in a small pan until it begins to smoke.
- Place scallion segments on top of the fish and pour the hot oil over the fish and scallions.
- Serve.
Tip
The scallion segments are placed a bit casually—please don’t mind.
